it's management team for it's spring forum

Several heads are certainly better than one! And with the daily operational tasks at hand when running an established, busy venue, sometimes there's nothing better than getting those heads around a table for a good catch up and development chat.

Hosted at our Award Winning Boutique Hotel, Brocco on the Park, our first Management Forum of 2022 was a huge success. As the team arrived, introductions were made to our latest team members over bacon sandwiches and freshly ground coffee, before the action-packed agenda began.

Led by Operations Director, Ash, the morning saw in-depth conversations across the group as policies and processes were discussed in detail as we continue to plan for a busy year ahead.

Chairman and CEO, Gary, divulged into prospects, progression and future plans for Fine and Country Inns, followed by a Sales and Social Media seminar, ran by our Head of Marketing Stevie. 

The day was a huge success, with celebrations shared of our recently promoted team members;

Emily at The Strafford Arms who has recently been promoted from Supervisor to Assistant Manager

Kyle at The Parish Oven who has recently been promoted from Assistant Manager to General Manager 

As the meeting drew to a close, the team made their way to a local restaurant for a social and informal get together over food and drinks, nicely bringing the day to a close.
