FINE & COUNTRY INNS CELEBRATE THEIR FEMALE EMPLOYEES THIS INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY
With approximately 70% of the Fine & County Inns senior management team being made up of strong, independent and hard-working females, this International Women’s Day seems the perfect opportunity to celebrate the individuals working within our team.
Leading the way behind the scenes and paving the way to success are those in our Head Office team:
Head of Marketing
Over the past 3 years with us, Stevie has continued to grow and develop both personally and professionally, showing inspiring dedication not only to the company but her career.
Zoe, our Operations Manager, has taken to her role in the company so naturally and is an incredible asset to all those she supports. Her can do attitude means that nothing is too much trouble, and she isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty! Not only does she have a strategic mind, but has a practical skill set she is always ready to put to good use.
Over in our Finance Team is our Finance Manager, Sarah. When it comes to accountancy, there isn’t anything Sarah doesn’t understand! Sarah offers an understanding, versatility, and commitment to everything she does.
The addition of Eden to the Senior team has been phenomenal, and it is difficult to remember what it was like without her! In just a few months, Eden has adapted so gracefully to the systems, policies and procedures we have in place, to ensure a consistently smooth-running operation as she handles our Office Administration, taking on new tasks daily and adapting to everything that is asked of her.
Leading the way for their teams, are our fantastic female Senior Management Team Members;
Pam (General Manager, Brocco) and Nicola (Hotel Manager, Brocco)
Charlotte (General Manager, The Masons Arms)
Nic (General Manager, The Parish Oven)
Sim (Head Chef, The Parish Oven)
Lucy (Sous Chef, The Strafford Arms)
